Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

Capricia does not accept returns for custom items. This includes special order items such as customer-designed custom projects, all doors, art drawing, and final sale items.

Refunds:

Once a custom order goes into production, there are no refunds on deposits. If a custom order is cancelled by the customer prior to entering production, a partial refund of up to 50% of the initial deposit is possible, depending upon the cost of materials and labor costs incurred prior to that point.
